BE&K Services Provided
Construction management for a 45-acre Busch Entertainment Corporation theme park adjacent to Sea World Orlando and offering guests the chance to swim with dolphins in a tropical island setting. BE&K managed the construction of 22 of the park’s buildings, including the main check-in facility, orientation huts, snorkeling and wetsuits check-out, a buffet restaurant, several retail shops, locker rooms and restrooms.

Scope of work included six months of preconstruction services, among them estimating, scheduling, value engineering and life cycle cost analysis.
